Hypereal

Photographs, 30x40cm 2012.

“According to Baudrillard, the world in which we live has been replaced
by a copy of the world,
we are looking for simulated stimuli and nothing more.”

In this fictious meeting of anachronic realities,
I question our relationships to the image to understand how we perceive and consent to this simulacre.
With a manuel manipulation process I infiltrate in my field of vision another reality. I tempt to disolve our ability to distinguish reality from the imaginary.

Photographs with cut newspaper, and manual setting
technicals.
